"Second time staying here, both times I rented 2 rooms. I personally have no complaints but my daughter and her family stayed on a different floor, there was obviously a big dog in one of the nearby rooms who barking and barking very LOUD! My grandkids were napping and the barking woke them up."

"The room was not ready still after 5 pm . There was a Texas Tech football game and they explained that they were fully booked and the room would be ready asap. It was ready shortly after. The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty but we needed to get some rest because we had a long drive the next day and was leaving at 6:30 AM. Thank you. "

"We have stayed here several times in the past, and this time we brought our dog with us. She's old and doesn't care for flooring very much, but got along just fine. There isn't any place to take her outside and let her do her business though, no grass anywhere. But at the hotel next door, they have some grass that came in handy."
